With reports, Access will display all of the text in a field as long as the field property is set to Can Grow. I mentioned a solution to this previously, increase the height to accommodate the normal amount of text that the field contains, usually at least two lines of text but more if a Memo field and you frequently reach the 64,000 character limit. In other words, Can Grow in forms does not work.
Access does not increase the height of textboxes based on the amount of text even though there is a Can Grow property for textboxes in forms. When you add three lines of text to a field that is two lines in height, only two lines will display. With forms, you can only see text within the area that you have set for a text field. These objects are similar but they do not work exactly the same way when displaying data and information.
There are two Access objects that you need to keep in mind: forms and reports.
